    Product prices are set at the beginning of each season and shown in CHF. Please be aware that custom designed products are final sale.

    International customers will incur import duty and taxes according to their home country. These costs are not included in the purchase price and will be charged separately by the postal carrier.

    For full cost transparency, I recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchase completion.

    Payments

    I accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to ALESSAHITZ.COM. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorize payment to ALESSA HITZ, I will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

    For custom made clutches a prepayment of the total amount is required by bank transfer, in order to start the creation of your personal clutch. Orders paid by bank transfer require up to 5 business days for payment processing. To ensure your order is not delayed, please provide your name, surname and address with your payment information. As soon as your payment has been received, I will send you an order confirmation email and will start with the design of your clutch. 

    Please consider that a custom made clutch requires at least 2 weeks from the moment your payment has been received to be finalized.

    Shipping & delivery

    Shipping costs:

    • Priority with signature in Switzerland: CHF 12.-
    • Priority with signature in Europe: CHF 27.-
    • Priority with signature in non EU countries: CHF 39.-

     Delivery times:

    • Priority shipping in Switzerland takes up to 2 working days
    • Priority shipping in Europe takes up to 4 working days
    • Priority shipping in non EU countries takes up to 7 working days

    Faulty products

    Products are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal use are not considered to be faulty.

    The clutches are handmade products and therefore items with slight inconsistencies in color or minor fabric imperfections are not considered faulty.

    If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that I can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, I will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund.

    This right will be withdrawn 30 days after order confirmation.

    Returns

    My first priority is that you are happy with your purchase and you cannot wait to take it out. However, please understand that if you go for a custom made clutch (your own exact color and feature specifications), I absolutely cannot accept any returns or exchanges on the order (unless there has been a mistake on my part, of course).

    If you are not really sure about what you want it to look like, I strongly recommand you to ask as many questions as you need to ask before placing the order. Once your order has been processed and the materials have been cut and prepared for production, it is yours. Of course, this applies to any of the custom made clutches. 

    If you have purchased one of the clutches in stock – without any additional customization – and you definitely don’t like it, you may return it in new and unused condition and only in its original packaging, within 30 days after order confirmation, for exchange or refund. Any applicable return shipping cost will have to be paid by the customer.

    Colors

    I do make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of my products that appear on ALESSAHITZ.COM. However, as computer monitors vary, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.

    Conclusion of the contract

    The contract between ALESSA HITZ and yourself is considered concluded when you receive confirmation from ALESSA HITZ that the purchase order has been successful and payment has been received.

    Orders for custom made clutches are final sale. 

    Law and jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss Courts.
